In 2018, we redesigned Ziggo’s entire packaging portfolio. In 2022, we refined it again: making it smaller, lighter and more efficient. Since then, the packaging system continues to evolve whenever improvements are needed.

Telecom providers often offer a wide range of products and services that are closely connected. Customers can mix and match their options while upgrading or downgrading subscriptions along the way.
Even with so many possible combinations, the customer journey should always feel seamless and made to fit. That's where we come in.
We focused on protection, including shock and vibration performance. At the same time, we improved ease of use across the process from pick and pack to unboxing and self installation.

"This project was a complex puzzle, but step by step everything fell into place. In the end, we created a packaging system that truly fits."
Oscar de Haan
Paxpring
The packaging system Paxpring developed for VodafoneZiggo has a proven track record. Over time we learned what worked well and where improvements could be made. Together with the Ziggo team we focused on reducing environmental impact, lowering packaging related emissions by 40 percent.
By carefully selecting the right packaging footprint, materials and printing techniques, we created an improved version of the modular system already in place. We analysed the entire packaging operation of VodafoneZiggo, removed unnecessary waste streams, introduced bulk shipment solutions and ensured that every new product offering fits seamlessly into the existing packaging system.
