When Funko launched its Pop! Yourself concept in Europe, it needed more than just packaging. The project required a reliable supply chain that could deliver consistent quality, stay true to the Funko brand and support production at a competitive cost.
The packaging set consists of corrugated shipping boxes, consumer boxes with windows and retention inserts that securely hold each individually created Pop! figure.
For collectors, the packaging really is part of the product. That makes its quality just as important as the figure inside.


While staying true to the original US specifications, we identified opportunities to improve packaging quality and optimise the packing process. These improvements were successfully implemented without changing the overall concept.
