Based on the information gathered in the briefing, we explore different ways to tackle your packaging challenge. We research suitable materials, cost drivers, sustainability topics, process improvements, and more.
Once everything is mapped out, we start the concept design phase. This includes quick prototyping and keeping you in the loop with video and photo updates. Of course, we make sure our designs align with your vision for look and feel, unboxing and product presentation.
We will then focus on the details that define great packaging. To protect your product, we perform in-house drop and vibration tests. Need an independent report on the results? We can arrange that with an external partner.
It’s key that the packaging functions as intended during pick and pack, whether you use robotics or manual labour. With a stack of samples in hand, we visit your operation to see how the new design performs, note the areas of improvement, and use that feedback to refine the design.
When the final packaging is chosen and production is approved, we make it happen. We select the supply chain that fits your business needs and ensures the agreed quality. This means choosing the right production machines and facilities.
We give special attention to artwork development and preparation. We prepare and approve all required documentation, from special finishes and packaging enhancements to working instructions for kitting and assembly.
We stay in close contact with our trusted production partners who know exactly what we need to create packaging that fits your requirements. We take care of the final details, we perform the press checks and we carry out first article inspections. This way, we make sure the end results meets the desired result.
If needed we can kit the packaging with multiple materials, bundle it, or just deliver it flat. We deliver directly or through call offs via warehousing: just in time to the locations needed.
